Welcome to the Cambridge Wine Festival.

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at the event. By purchasing a ticket via www.cambridgewinefestival.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and CAMBRIDGE WINE FESTIVAL LIMITED (registered office: Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, United Kingdom, PO8 0BT).

1. Ticket Purchases and Conditions

Pricing & Inclusions: Tickets are priced at £30 per person. Your ticket includes a specific two-hour wine tasting session, a festival tasting glass to use during the session, and a bottle of water.
Booking Details: Tickets are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirmation containing your e-ticket once your purchase is complete. You must present this e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device) upon entry.
Non-Transferable: Tickets are generally non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial gain.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Standard Refund Policy: Tickets are strictly non-refundable from 7 days prior to the start of the event onwards.
Requests Before 7 Days: If you request a refund more than 7 days before the event, we will review the request and, at our discretion, may issue a refund (minus any booking or processing fees).
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Cambridge Wine Festival is cancelled in its entirety, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price. We are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

3. Age Restrictions and Identification

Strictly 18+: By law, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and attend the Cambridge Wine Festival.
Challenge 25: We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy. If you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid, photographic ID (a valid passport or UK driving licence) before being granted entry. Failure to produce valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.
No Children or Minors: Due to the nature of the event, nobody under the age of 18 (including babies and toddlers) is permitted on the premises.

4. Venue and Event Conduct

Location: The event takes place in the Great Hall and New Court at Corpus Christi College, Trumpington St, Cambridge CB2 1RH.
Session Times: Your ticket is valid only for the specific two-hour slot you booked. Once your session finishes, you must promptly exit the college grounds to allow the next session to begin.
Tasting Glasses: The provided festival tasting glass is for use during the session only and must be left behind when you exit the college.
Right of Refusal: The Cambridge Wine Festival and Corpus Christi College staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the premises who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or causing a nuisance, without any right to a refund.
Parking: There is no on-site parking at Corpus Christi College. Attendees are advised to use public transport or nearby public car parks.

5. Food and Allergies

Light food options are available to purchase separately from independent vendors during the event.
Allergies: The Cambridge Wine Festival is not responsible for the food served. If you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements, you must speak directly to the individual food vendors before purchasing or consuming any food.

6. Health, Safety, and Liability

Personal Property: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings while you are at the event.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMBRIDGE WINE FESTIVAL LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising out of your attendance at the event. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Accessibility: If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us prior to purchasing a ticket so we can advise on the accessibility of the historic venue.

7. Photography and Filming

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed by our official media teams. These images and recordings may be used for future promotional purposes (including on our website and social media) without compensation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
